HELLO, I’M NOËL

I’m a first generation American, born and raised in California. Growing up in a multi-generational family, I was encouraged to embody a deep-seated value for diverse expressions of what it means to be “outdoorsy” - and ever since I could walk, I’ve spent all my free time romping in the mountains. To this day, you’ll often find me somewhere in the Sierra Nevada, on the trail or driving along the backroads with my partner and our two rescue mutts in tow. I live part-time in my self-designed converted campervan, named Francis Ford Campola, and call the Bay Area my basecamp.

I consider myself to be wildly curious and wonderfully creative, and try to approach every project with excitement, wit and a sense of awe. With nearly two decades of diverse work experience – from my career in the fashion industry, overseeing design and brand direction for a broad range of clients, to my time in the nonprofit sector, organizing community efforts, reimagining programming, and developing compelling fundraising strategies – I’ve fine-tuned my skills as an effective connector, keen communicator, and innovative marketing enthusiast. I enjoy putting my passion for storytelling to work by creating vibrant campaigns that catalyze collaborative communities and connect audiences with narratives that are deeply relatable, soulfully sincere, and universally inspiring. Over the years I’ve been proud to work alongside clients — from startups to established brands — to help increase engagement and extend reach while building strong collaborative partnerships, and I’m endlessly eager for opportunities to help breathe new life into digital spaces by cultivating long-lasting relationships and nurturing soul-filling narratives.

I’m an Enneagram 2 with a strong 1 wing, an ENFJ, a foodie, a morning person, and a Capricorn. I love dogs, hiking, climbing, camping, kayaking, taking pictures, native plant identification, half-ass bird identification, and Humboldt Fog cheese. And chances are, if you like any of these things too, we’d probably make great friends.
